When a document is generated (an account statement, a tax certificate, a contract amendment), it is automatically routed to the correct client mailbox. No manual sorting, no individual email sends. Dispatch rules can be configured by document type, client segment, or delivery schedule.

Step 2: Encrypted delivery to the client mailbox

Each document is encrypted and delivered to the client's personal postbox within the e-banking environment. Clients access their documents through the interface they already use, with no additional login or separate application required. Documents are organised by type and date, making retrieval straightforward.

Step 3: Access, review, and long-term retention

Access and review:
Clients open, view, and download their documents directly in e-banking. Successful delivery is confirmed by the system, giving your institution proof that the document reached the intended recipient.

Notifications:
Clients can be notified when new documents arrive, through e-banking alerts or optional notification channels configured by the institution.

Long-term retention:
Documents remain in the encrypted postbox indefinitely until the institution decides to remove them via API. Clients retain access to their full document history for as long as the postbox is active, while the institution maintains a record of what was delivered and when.
