Where is my data hosted?

Your data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland, subject to Swiss data protection law. It is never stored on foreign servers or routed through third-party infrastructure outside Switzerland. What happens to your data stays in Switzerland.

What happens to shared files when an employee leaves or changes teams?

Access can be revoked instantly at the individual level without affecting other team members or requiring broader reorganization of shared folders.

Can I control who has access to which files within my organization?

Yes. SecureSafe Files allows administrators to define role-based permissions at safe level. Access can be granted, adjusted, or revoked at any time.

Does external sharing expose our internal file structure?

No. External collaborators only see safes that have been explicitly shared with them. Internal folders and unrelated documents remain fully isolated.

SecureSafe Files is built on Swiss-hosted, independently audited infrastructure designed to support organizations operating in regulated environments. It is aligned with GDPR / FADP, DORA, NIS2 and the regulatory framework of FINMA.
