Our application process

Your way to SecureSafe (by DSwiss)

Curious about what happens after you apply? Here you will find a breakdown of our recruitment process so that you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Review and initial contact

Once you have submitted your application, our People team will review your profile. If your background matches the requirements of the position, you will be contacted for an initial screening for 20 minutes.

Step 2: First interview with the hiring manager

In your first interview, we will go into more detail about the job and discuss how your background matches the position. This interview takes place via video call so that we can get to know each other better and ensure that both sides are a good fit.

Step 3: Second interview

If the first conversation goes well, we will arrange a second round. Depending on where you are, this may be a face-to-face meeting or another video call. This interview is a little more in-depth and focuses on your skills and experience and how you can contribute to our team.

Step 4: Skills assessment

For some positions, we may include an assessment of your skills. This may include case studies or even a taster day to give you a better idea of what it's like to work at SecureSafe.

Step 5: Verification of references and diplomas

Before we make a final decision, we will ask you for two references and a copy of your diploma as a final formality.

Step 6: Offer & welcome

Once everything is in order, we'll send you an offer to join the SecureSafe team. As soon as you've accepted, it's official – you're part of the team! We're thrilled to have you on board and look forward to working with you.

Do we need to use all four modules, or can we start with one?

You can start with a single module and expand over time. The platform is designed so that each module delivers standalone value while sharing the same underlying security infrastructure. There is no technical requirement to activate all modules simultaneously, and adding modules does not require re-platforming or migrating existing data.

Where does SecureSafe position itself in our existing security architecture?

SecureSafe is designed to operate as a secure data layer within your broader IT environment, handling sensitive credentials, documents, and file exchange workflows. It is not a replacement for endpoint security, network monitoring, or identity providers, but it can complement and integrate with existing authentication infrastructure. We recommend a scoping conversation with our team to map fit against your current environment.

Is the encryption model consistent across all four modules?

Yes. Server-side encryption for content and zero-knowledge architecture principles apply consistently across the platform. Data handled through Pass, Files, Exchange, and Postbox is protected under the same structural approach: SecureSafe does not hold the keys required to access your organisation's content in any module.

How do we decide which module or combination is right for us?

The right starting point depends on where your organisation's most acute data security exposure lies. Pass addresses credential and access management risk. Files handles sensitive document storage and sharing. Exchange is designed for secure external file transfer with clients or partners. Postbox covers high-volume document dispatch and long-term tamper-proof archiving. If your workflows involve more than one of these areas, a combined deployment is likely more efficient than managing point solutions separately.

Is there an API available for custom integrations?

SecureSafe provides API access for organisations that need to integrate platform functionality into existing workflows or systems. For information on API scope, authentication model, and available endpoints, please reach out to our team.

Can SecureSafe be deployed as a white-label solution?

White-label configurations are available for organisations that need to provide secure data services under their own brand. This typically applies to enterprise environments where SecureSafe is embedded into customer-facing workflows or digital platforms. Branding scope, hosting model, and governance structure are defined during a scoping phase to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.

Do you offer SDKs for embedding SecureSafe functionality?

SDK options are available for organisations that require deeper technical integration beyond standard API usage. This allows selected SecureSafe capabilities to be embedded directly into existing applications or digital services. Availability and scope depend on use case and deployment model, and are typically assessed as part of an enterprise evaluation.
