What keeps me engaged at SecureSafe is the combination of things that are really hard to find in one place. The team brings real commitment and a lot of positive energy to the work, and that matters when the days get demanding. Customer service is never without its challenges, and I appreciate that. What makes those challenges worthwhile is having colleagues who approach them with the same energy and care that you do. The atmosphere here reflects that. People support each other, and the positivity is felt across departments. Beyond the day-to-day, the company takes career development seriously. There are real opportunities to grow, take on more responsibility, and move forward. It happened to me and as well to people around me, and that means something when you're deciding where to build your career.

Working as an SDR at SecureSafe is both challenging and genuinely rewarding. Sales, by nature, comes with highs and lows, but what makes the difference here is the environment. What I love about working here is the incredible sense of momentum. I joined the team in Portugal as a Support Agent and was quickly given the space and support to step up into my current role in Customer Success. As a Dutch expat working for a Swiss company, I really value the international mindset we bring to the table. Managing a broad portfolio of clients means my day is full of authentic conversations, which is easily the best part of my job. While the big-picture goals of where we’re heading are exciting, it’s the 'road' to get there — full of constant learning and real support — that makes the work so fulfilling for me.

Working here is an exciting and fulfilling experience. The most rewarding aspect is knowing that we are developing and maintaining a product that serves millions of users and really makes a difference, and the vibrant, international environment only adds to the appeal. The corporate culture offers a good balance between fast-paced work and a healthy work-life balance, and there are plenty of opportunities for further development. My journey from developer to engineering manager has allowed me to lead talented teams while staying close to the technical challenges I love. Not only are my colleagues extremely competent, but they are also a pleasure to work with — always constructive, process-oriented and enthusiastic about their work.
